Unless you've been here forever, most apartments have GE or Frigidaire wall air conditioners. One in the living room, one in the bedroom(s).

Cooktops are stoves installed in a kitchen countertop

18" wide = mini
24" wide = full sized

CFM = cubic feet per minute (air movement)
Sones = noise level
These will mainly only be useful to you for cleaning instructions

Microwave model #s are usually inside or on the front after you open the door

While a range is a standalone stove/oven, these are in-wall ovens installed in a kitchen cabinet

Range hood model #s are usually underneath on the left side

A range is a freestanding oven/stove
The model # is usually inside the bottom door/drawer on the side

Refrigerator model #s are inside on the left

To remove one from the wall or ceiling, circular ones usually come off by turning counter-clockwise (lefty loosey, righty tighty). Rectangular ones usually slide up/forward. As of 2019, anyone moving in to an apartment has a combo smoke+CO detector/alarm with a 10 year sealed lithium battery in it - no battery changes necessary, we replace the whole detector every 10 years. Hold in the button to test it.

Any brand of batteries will work, but the most reliable ones are Duracell, Energizer, Rayovac, etc.
