Apply online for an available apartment

[ Affiliated Managagement web page preview ]

The Application button below will take you to the Affiliated Management online application for Lord Essex Apartments in Montclair, NJ, USA, Earth.

If the blue button does not work for you, go to www.affiliatedmgmt.com, then APARTMENTS, then Lord Essex, then Check Availability.

Once you are there, select one of these tabs:

And then if one is available of that type, it will show "1 Available" and an Availability button. Click/tap that button to proceed.

If no apartments are available of that type, instead of "# Available" it will show "None available at this time"

We have people that have lived here for 1 year and have one person who has lived here since 1970. If it lists a range of rent amounts based on previous rent amounts, be aware that apartments that have been occupied since before the computer system was implemented will not be included in that range.

An apartment being listed as "available" by Affiliated Management only means that it is possible to apply for it, that it is vacant or expected to be vacant. Available does not mean move-in-ready. All apartments are worked in for anywhere from 2 weeks to several months. For details about when the apartment will actually be move-in-ready, contact the Resident Managers of Lord Essex Apartments. Once the information is known, the apartment will be listed on the Openings page.
